We will gladly accept returns with prior authorization as long as the item has not been altered or damaged in any way. If you need to return an item, please email us at dragon@dancingdragonguitars.com with the following information:

• Name
• Telephone Number
• Order Number
  
• Name/Description of Item Being Returned
• Reason For Returning Item

Upon receipt, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please write the RMA on the outside of the return package. A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed for returned merchandise.

If an item is returned due to a material defect, the restocking fee will not apply. If an item is damaged in shipment, a claim must be filed with the postal carrier. Please do not return any merchandise without an RMA.
