Shipping & Handling via USPS First Class Mail is free within the continental US unless otherwise specified. You may upgrade shipping to include Priority processing with tracking for a small fee.

Shipping & Handling rates for international orders will be estimated upon checkout. In some cases the estimated rate will not match the actual shipping & handling costs. In the event that there is a substantial discrepancy we will contact you via email, and will not proceed with processing your credit card until a mutual agreement has been made on the correct rate..

Please keep in mind that guitars can come in a wide variety of designs and configurations. We cannot guarantee that an aftermarket item will fit your guitar without modification. However, we will gladly replace or refund any part if you are not satisfied with it as long as it has not been altered or damaged in any way.

We strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance for your item. Packages can get lost or damaged in transit and you should purchase insurance to handle this situation. When you purchase shipping insurance, we self-insure most shipments instead of purchasing it through the carrier. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, we can send out a replacement or a refund immediately instead of dealing with the red tape of filing a postal claim.
